 This program walks participants through a single life cycle project. Their project is to build working model race car from inception through closing. Their project goal—win the race! The project deliverable must meet minimum standards and there are both known and unknown risks that must be managed in the process of building the final product.

The program is designed for teams of 2 to 5 participants over a three day schedule. The program follows the PMI methodology and guides participants through all phases of the project life cycle.
